SIGNING ON PLAYERS
West Lancs League need all three colour of signing on forms, birth certificate and two passport type photos, with players name on the back. Forms posted registered to Divisional Officers at relevant age group.
MATCHES
On a Sunday evening results and the next weeks fixtures get e-mailed to managers and put on website (always go off the fixtures e-mailed on a Sunday evening.)

Home managers ring their opposition manager and referee no later than Wednesday to confirm kick off time and location.
MATCH DAY PRE MATCH
Fill out team sheet
Exchange team sheet and ID cards with opposition manager. (Clubs will be fine if not done)
Pay referee (some refs ask to be paid after the game but make sure).
Ask parent/spectators to stay behind your barrier/line.
Keep complete control; of parents, lead by example, Don’t put undue pressure on your players don’t abuse opposition players or parents don’t try and help referee, If you feel you can do the job we can find plenty of fixtures for you.
MATCH DAY POST GAME
Exchange ID cards back (NB Clubs will be fine if you don’t)
Sign opposition team sheet
Get opposition managers to sign your team sheet
Get referee to sign your team sheet (don’t let your parents question the referee, she/he will not change is discussion).
Fill out score, goal scorers, referee marks and sign your own team sheet
(A referee’s mark lower than a 5 needs to be sent with a letter)

Post white copy of team sheet to Julie before Friday after game.

BASIC RULES THAT SEEM TO CAUSE A PROBLEM
•No offside at small sided
•No back pass at any age, that includes throw in.
•Goal line must be clear
•Supporters 1 metre behind touchline.
•No photo NO PLAY.
CHILD PROTECTION- ENSURE GIRLS DON’T PLAY 2 MATCHES IN A DAY.
